At Star Evolution USA, processing and delivery times vary depending on the product. Please review the details below.

Processing Time

• Standard items: dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order.
• Personalized & custom items: prepared within 2–7 business days before they ship.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once each item ships.

Orders With Multiple Items

If your order contains different types of items, they may be prepared and shipped separately and may arrive at different times in more than one package. This is completely normal, and there is no extra shipping cost to you for split shipments.

Estimated Delivery Time (after processing)

• United States: 4–8 business days
• Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. These are estimates and not guaranteed, as delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs, and holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Tracking

Once an item ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to update. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
