Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Star Evolution USA. We want you to love your order. Because our catalog includes both standard items and items personalized for you, our return policy varies by product type. Please read carefully.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If any item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at starevolutionus@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. This applies to all products.
Standard Items
You may return eligible standard items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with any tags attached. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Personalized & Custom Items
Some of our products are created specifically for each customer. For this reason, these items cannot be returned or exchanged for an incorrect size choice or a change of mind. Please review the size charts and product details carefully before ordering. The only exception is a damaged, defective, or wrong item, which is fully covered as described above. Items that fall into this category are noted on their product page.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can usually be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed, before they enter processing. After this window, personalized items can no longer be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change.
Situations Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
